Chamber procedure

How We Work

A staged, documented and accountable workflow for every matter or service engagement.

1

Inquiry & Intake

Necessary information, opposing-party names, urgency, consent and initial documents are collected.

2

Conflict Check

Authorised staff search current and archived records before the chamber accepts legal work.

3

Consultation & Scope

Objectives, risks, documents, fee arrangement, communication and the engagement scope are agreed.

4

Client & Matter Setup

A client record, matter or service order, assigned staff, deadlines and secure document workspace are created.

5

Work Management

Hearings, tasks, communications, client-visible updates, time and financial records remain linked to the matter.

6

Completion & Retention

Work is closed with history preserved under professional, privacy and accounting retention controls.

Important

Submitting a form, attending an initial meeting or receiving general information does not by itself create a lawyer-client relationship. The chamber must complete conflict review and formally accept the engagement.
